- Speaking to male – Hal tatakallamu al-‘inklīziyyah?
- Speaking to a female – Hal tatkallamīna al-‘inklīziyyah?
A fun tidbit is that only Muslims use the phrase “Al-salāmu ‘alaykum” with each other. It is a greeting used to say hello and goodbye. If someone were to say that to you, your response should be “Wa ‘alayykum al-salām” which means, “peace be with you too”.
