Happy Friday! We are already coming to the end of our Trendy Workout week. I saved 305 Fitness Tiesto Full Body Workout for tonight because hey, it’s FRIYAY! This jam packed half hour comes loaded with all the moves straight out of Miami! Someone get this girl to a beach – no more snow please!
Who is 305 Fitness?
305 Fitness is a cardio dance studio primarily located in Miami, NYC, DC, and Boston with popups in Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Basically their classes are just one big dance party! Who wouldn’t love that?! If you aren’t located in one of their cities or are looking for online classes, they offer full 55 minute workouts on demand on their website.
I dug a little deeper and found that 305 Fitness was started by Miami Native Sadie Kurzban. She attended Brown and won a $25,000 grant to get her business up and running in 2012. Kevin Durant and DJ Tiesto later became investors in her “addictive cardio party” studios. Celebrities from Miley Cyrus to Hailey Baldwin and Amanda Seyfried have enjoyed 205 Fitness. If you have the pleasure of attending an in person class, you will love the live DJ experience! The instructors don’t even know what songs are coming to ensure no two workouts are the same!
How was working out with 305 Fitness?
It was A LOT of fun! The moves were pretty easy to follow along because each little “routine” started slow and then picked up the pace after a few reps. It made it easier to see what was happening and figure out what you were doing. They started with a warmup and ended class with a short cool down. The half hour in between was jam-packed with dance moves to keep your heart rate up!
This class featured two dance components broken up by a brief booty workout in between to allow to catch your breath. The glutes workout was not anything particularly special, but included enough of a variety to target the muscles efficiently. The instructor talked about how import form was repeatedly here which was nice to see after the lack of form in yesterday’s Chloe Ting Abs in 2 Weeks video.
The dance portion included some fun jumping jacks and squats – yes I just said fun in relation to those gym words. It was fast-paced but always included some slower moves for recovery between routines. The dance-glutes combo made for a great full body workout.
Would you workout with 305 fitness again?
Overall Rating: I loved it! I definitely wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was a fun workout! I really enjoyed the playlist and you could really tell how much fun all of the people in the video were having. It really felt like a dance party, not a workout that I was trying to cram into my day. I would LOVE to get into their studio once I’m down to workout in gyms again. I highly recommend trying this out on a Friday night to remind you of those bar hopping days.
They offer a few workouts on YouTube, but if you’re looking for more variety, check out their on-demand platform where they drop new classes every day! They are currently offering a FREE 7 Day Trial, after that it’s $28.99/month or $174.99/year!

Let me know if you try this one and love it as much as I do!

Ps – The instructor had a lot of great one-lines to keep you laughing. My favorite was “She’s glowing, she doesn’t sweat”. Same, girl. Same.
