Tonight my sister and I took on the challenge of a TikTok Dance Party with MadFit. Even though I did a workout with MadFit the first week, I remembered my co-worker say that she does this one with her sisters in Texas. I happened to be home tonight and my sister likes Zumba so I thought we should try it! And I need something more fun after my very serious Karate class yesterday!
What is a TikTok Dance Party?
This 15 minute TikTok Dance Party consists of 8 trending songs from TikTok. Each dance routine is pretty easy to follow along- some moves are a little quicker than others but overall not bad. A lot of the moves from dance to dance are repetitive. Maddie mixes some squats and lunges into the dance routines. It was nice because we weren’t out of breath and could have a conversation while dancing. I felt like the two girls in Bridesmaids working out under the tree. Like who can really chat while they workout?
Should I try it?
Overall Rating: We both liked dancing along to this routine. It was fun that the songs rolled one into another and had some similar yet different moves. The playlist was great and we had fun! If the 15 minutes feels too short for you, there is a part 2 that autoplays right after this TikTok Dance Party video!
