It’s Saturday and your girl was just not feeling a long workout since I rolled out of bed a little later than planned today. I took to YouTube in search of a fun workout but everything looked dance-y and I just wanted a more low impact workout. I re-searched just “workout”. This 20 minute gem caught me with its headline “No Equipment + No Jumping- Perfect Apartment Workout”. I was sold on this Low Impact Full Body HIIT Workout with MadFit!
We live in an apartment building and I am sure our neighbors below us strongly dislike me for the amount of times that I workout out per day already. It was SO nice to find something that was low impact and very quick! Upon looking more into the Youtube Channel, MadFit, I found that Maddie has also been posting almost daily workouts since the start of the pandemic like Sydney’s daily slider workouts.
Maddie posts a stretch and warmup class in the description which I love! I am a firm believer in a good pre and post workout stretch. I wish hers were more like 5 minute stretches but better too long than too short!
How was the Actual Workout?
The structure of this class included 20 different exercises for all 20 minutes. I am personally a huge fan of different exercises! You know when you workout and you have this one exercise you have to do three times and you dread it every time? Ya, I don’t care for those either. In this class, you do each exercise for 45 seconds, take a 15 second break, and move on. It was so nice that I even slightly lost track of time!
Overall Rating: This low impact full body HIIT workout was a great one. I am definitely very warmed up and very content with a low impact 20 minute workout today. Maddie recommends other classes in the comments section if you are looking for a more extended workout or it you want to target a specific area for the day. Definitely recommend checking it out!
