What is a Gratitude Prompt?
Just like in any type of writing class, a prompt is a question or statement that jogs your memory and allows you to suddenly think of many answers that you may not have thought of otherwise. Some people enjoy just writing out ten things that they are grateful for each day. Others find it hard to think of things that they are grateful for just off the top of their head. There are many gratitude journals that will prompt you each day to think of a different topic each day to express gratitude.
The benefit of having gratitude journal prompts in front of you is that you aren’t writing the same thing down every day. You are subconsciously forced to express deep gratitude for whatever the prompt is referring to. If you don’t want to buy a specific journal with prompts and templates.
