If you have stepped out in public or have seen any marketing emails in the past year, you know that tie dye EVERYTHING is all the rage right now. While I recently read a fascinating article on why we shouldn’t be buying into the trends anymore, it didn’t stop me from snagging these tie dye leggings last summer.
What did you wear today?
It’s yet another workout/work-from-home day from me. This means activewear all day long. In contrast to yesterday’s low impact workout outfit, today included cardio, which means I need high waisted leggings and a more supportive sports bra. Today I pulled out my Old Navy tie dye leggings – Elevate Crop of course! Slightly bummed that they don’t have any tie dye in this style right now. These leggings are seriously are my favorite! I wore a high cut sports bra under my high cut cropped tank from TJ Maxx. I do love TJ Maxx, especially for basics like workout tanks! The quarter zip in the picture below is actually one that I designed that never sold (I design Men’s clothes between the hours and 9am and 5pm). It’s so cozy though that I had to take it for myself when we were cleaning out samples. Yes, it is a men’s quarter zip, but oversized and cozy clothes are always on my radar!
Where do I buy Tie Dye Leggings?
If you are looking to snag a pair of Tie Dye Leggings, these are my favorites:
- Old Navy CozeCore 7/8 Tight – I can’t speak to the CozeCore line, but I am loving these fresh tie dye prints in both pink and blue!
- Lululemon Align Pant 25” – If you are a Lululemon fan, you already know that the Aligns are the best workout leggings that they offer! They currently offer Grey and Navy Tie Dye options – highly recommend! They typically offer the same prints across most of their styles so if the Aligns aren’t for you be sure to dig around their site!
- Athleta Salutation Stash Pocket II – Pockets on the leggings are the greatest invention in fashion history! If you’re looking for a more fun print, check out this colorful twill tie dye.
What did you donate today?
As you might have guessed, now that I am on day 15 I am hitting a bit of a donating wall. The clear-out may need to wait until the weekend when I can try on every article of clothing to decide whether to keep or donate. I can’t be the only one who does this, right?
How are you cleaning your closet? Where are your favorite places to donate clothes? I’d love to hear more!
xoxo
