Parmesan Brussels Sprouts Salad

This delicious parmesan brussels sprouts salad makes for the perfect meal or side dish!
Prep Time 10 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Brussels Sprouts Shaved Brussels Sprouts or Trimmed and Cut into Quarters
  • 1 cup Shaved Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice Juice from 2 lemons
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 stalks Green Onions
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Toss your brussels sprouts into a large bowl with 3/4 of the parmesan cheese
  • To make the salad dressing, mix together the Olive Oil, Dijon Mustard, finely chopped green onion, minced garlic, and salt and pepper in a small bowl
  • Drizzle the dressing over the brussels sproutsĀ 
  • Mix Well Before Serving and sprinkle the rest of the parmesan cheese on top
