Parmesan Brussels Sprouts Salad
This delicious parmesan brussels sprouts salad makes for the perfect meal or side dish!

- 1 lb Brussels Sprouts Shaved Brussels Sprouts or Trimmed and Cut into Quarters
- 1 cup Shaved Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice Juice from 2 lemons
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 stalks Green Onions
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp Salt & Pepper to taste
Toss your brussels sprouts into a large bowl with 3/4 of the parmesan cheese
To make the salad dressing, mix together the Olive Oil, Dijon Mustard, finely chopped green onion, minced garlic, and salt and pepper in a small bowl
Drizzle the dressing over the brussels sproutsĀ
Mix Well Before Serving and sprinkle the rest of the parmesan cheese on top
