DAY 4 – PESTO MOZZARELLA SANDWICHES

Tonight felt very promising with grilled mozzarella sandwiches for dinner. We also decided to use a Pinterest recipe for Parmesan Roasted Potatoes. Ingredients – We managed to find everything we needed but those dang chives. We switched it up with green onion for the roasted potatoes. I also have never seen roasted red peppers before.
