The second challenge of the year is 28 Different Workouts! I will start by saying that I have been working out with an online group since last March – almost an ENTIRE YEAR of working out over zoom with the same small class. While I absolutely love my regular Monday – Friday workouts with them while mixing in some Peloton workouts, I am here to do things differently this month! This blog is NOT intended to be instructional for your workouts- I am just here to share my experiences with you in challenging myself to do something different everyday!
